Accuracy of public data

Source agencies update on their own schedules. We re-ingest periodically; fields may be incomplete, delayed, or mismatched when names collide. Unknown values appear as —. You are responsible for confirming any identifier before reliance.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades service or violates robots rules.
• Do not misrepresent BrokerMafia as a regulator or as endorsing a firm.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.
• Do not use the site to facilitate fraud, spam, or unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

Directory content and scraping

Public registry facts remain attributable to their issuing authorities. You may link to BrokerMafia pages. Automated harvesting that degrades service, bypasses rate limits, or republishes our original explanatory copy as a competing thin directory is prohibited. Robots.txt and crawl-delay conventions apply.

Corrections

If a profile field conflicts with the official register, email [email protected] with the profile URL and a link to the authoritative record. We update on the next ingest cycle when the source confirms the change. We will not delete a firm that still appears on a public extract we publish.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may also be noted on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Relationship to regulators and sources

BrokerMafia is not affiliated with FMCSA, FMC, CBP, SEC, FinCEN, state insurance or real-estate commissions, or other registers we cite. Source badges name the extract; they do not mean the agency reviewed this website.

Accounts, security, and availability

Some features may require email or session storage in your browser (for example theme preference). We may suspend access that threatens service integrity. The site may be unavailable during maintenance or upstream outages; we are not liable for downtime.
