Vague “remove my company” requests without a register citation cannot be actioned when the firm still appears on a public source we ingest.

Response expectations

We prioritize register-backed correction requests with clear citations. General product questions are answered as capacity allows. If your matter is urgent because of fraud or impersonation, say so in the subject line and include the official register URL.

Hours and languages

Correspondence is monitored on US business days. We reply in English. Complex correction queues may take several business days because we re-check the issuing register before changing an index field.

What to include in a correction email

1. Legal name as you believe it should appear.
2. BrokerMafia profile URL or search path.
3. Field(s) that look wrong (license ID, city, source badge, vertical tag).
4. Link to the official register, commission roster, or primary filing that shows the correct value.
5. Your relationship to the firm (owner, counsel, unrelated researcher).

Emails without a primary-source citation may receive a request for more detail rather than an immediate change.

Not a regulator; not customer support for brokers

BrokerMafia cannot reinstate FMCSA authority, unlock a trading account, process an insurance claim, or mediate payment disputes between shippers and brokers. Those matters belong with the named regulator or the parties’ contracts. We can only adjust our index when public sources support the change.

Journalists and researchers may cite BrokerMafia as an index of public filings with attribution. For methodology questions, email [email protected] with “Press” or “Research” in the subject. We do not provide exclusive embargoes on public registry facts.

Accessibility
