FMCSA (135,422 entities) has state hubs under /fmcsa/. SEC, FINRA, FinCEN, FMC, and CBP are national files with a state on the address when the extract has one.
State license files
Loaded state rosters: Texas TREC real estate 47,144, Texas TDI insurance agencies 56,868, PUCT electric brokers 1,652, and an archived Nova Scotia mortgage file. Other states’ insurance or real-estate rosters are not claimed.

No. FMCSA state hubs cover the Motus file. License rosters beyond Texas are a later ingest.
